There’s no better way to say I love you this St. Valentine’s Day than with flowers. But if you’re pressed for time and can’t make it to a florist, some websites offer inexpensive flower delivery – the perfect solution.

Wide range

iFlorist is offering free delivery on a beautiful range of bouquets on the weekend of St. Valentine’s Day. Their prices start at £14.90, and they offer inexpensive flower delivery all over the UK, as well as internationally (although flowers shipped to other countries will not have free delivery). iFlorist has a good range of options for the choosy buyer as well as some original options like Valentine’s tulips (£22.90), a single rose in a vase with chocolates (£14.90), or, for absolute luxury, a bottle of Veuve Cliqcuot, a box of chocolates and twelve red roses (£80.90).

Next day delivery

Interflora offers next day delivery on bouquets ordered before 2:00 p.m. the day before, which is great if you need to arrange a bouquet at the last minute. They also promise delivery before 1:00 p.m. on St. Valentine’s Day, so your sweetheart won’t be left thinking she’s been forgotten. They don’t offer particularly inexpensive flower delivery, though, and their range is very traditional and somewhat unexciting. Interflora’s Valentine’s Day standard, the Dramatic Dozen bouquet, consists of a dozen hand-tied red roses against a backdrop of dark green foliage. At £39.99 this is perfect for the more conservative Valentine. Their ‘Me to You’ Valentine’s package is a very sweet option for the young at heart, consisting of a dozen white roses and a teddy bear (£49.99).

Stylish

For a stylish bunch of flowers with a touch of class, have a look at Flowersdirect. For £19.99 you can buy your love a single long-stemmed rose in a chic black box, or for £24.99, a unique bouquet featuring a single diamante-studded rose surrounded by white tulips. Flowersdirect’s Valentine’s staple is the Diamonds are Forever bouquet: twelve luxurious roses with diamante pins, surrounded by black tissue paper (£69.99). They also offer same day delivery, but at a cost. For inexpensive flower delivery, be sure to order in advance.

There are quite a few options for buying St. Valentine’s Day flowers online, whether you are looking for something traditional or something a little different. The main deciding factors should be what your partner likes, price, and delivery time. For free delivery on Valentine’s weekend, good prices and a stunning range, iFlorist comes highly recommended.
