Working with your body clock

By aligning your daily schedule with your natural body rhythms you’ll help your body and mind function comfortably and efficiently. Although everybody’s body clock is different, we’ll be looking at a cycle over a typical day, starting at 12 am and ending at 11.30 pm. If you work against your natural rhythms too frequently, you might cause yourself some physical and mental damage. Stop being a slave to time

We try and get the absolute most out of our days by packing as many activities into it as humanly possible. In short order, we find that we are slaves to our personal planners, to-do lists, and calendars. All of this adds up to a far worse scenario – being slaves to time as opposed to bending time to our will. Time Magazine 100 Most Influential People poll: Boyle is placed higher than Obama

The votes are in, and the verdict might surprise some. The Time Magazine 100 Most Influential People poll for 2010 sees President Barack Obama in twenty-first position, below Britain’s Got Talent Star Susan Boyle (seventh place), American Idol runner-up and gay icon Adam Lambert (sixth) and actor Robert Pattinson (fourteenth). The real surprise came, then, when Susan Boyle didn’t make it onto Time’s actual list of influential people. (more…)

There is Nothing more precious than Time, manage it carefully
