Pregnant? It’s not too late to quit smoking

It’s been found that if mums-to-be stop smoking in the early stages of pregnancy their babies will be born at a normal weight. Women have as long as it takes for the pregnancy to be confirmed to give up smoking and dramatically improve the health of their babies. These findings come from the biggest study on smoking and pregnancy ever held, with 50,000 pregnancies and their outcomes having been observed. (more…)
