Walk fast, but just don’t run

A long-term study reported in the Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association shows that women who walk at least two hours a week, especially those who walk at a fast pace (three miles an hour or faster), have a significantly lower of stroke than women who don’t walk. Running, although it has great benefits for your heart and health in general, can stress your joints. And strangely enough, modern running shoes might contribute to this stress. The answer?
