A strange review. There is nothing complicated about connecting 3 coloured wires to the correct terminals. More difficult is levelling. On my daughter's cooker I could not make the feet stay in the position I set them. They just kept dropping back to a lower setting. I will need to inspect that problem more closely. The only complaint about useage is that the temperature settings are almost unreadable and should either be larger or backlit, as on her previous Belling.
