The easiest way to healthy hair is through a healthy diet. If you feel like you’ve tried every product and remedy that there is and you hair still looks limp or dull, you might need to work on it from the inside out by changing your diet. The good news is that a healthy food plan doesn’t have to be unpleasant, and the even better news is that it’ll have positive affects on other aspects of your health, too.
Salmon
Your hair needs plenty of essential oils to keep it healthy, and salmon provides these. Omega-3 fatty acids are great for the health of your scalp and hair, so try to include as many of these as possible in your diet. An easy way to get them – especially if you’re a vegetarian – is with flaxseed oil. You can stir the oil into your yoghurt or put in the blender with the ingredients for a smoothie.
Eggs and dairy
Eggs and dairy are very important for your hair’s health because of the high protein content of both of them. Dairy products have the added benefit of being a healthy food in terms of calcium content, too.

Keep it tidy
Once you’ve changed you diet for the sake of your hair, so it one more favour – keep it well-trimmed and neat. This way, you’ll soon notice the difference that extra vitamins and minerals make to the health and shine of your hair.
