Be Healthy: Perfecting the perfect Diet and Fitness Routine

Every human being on this planet should try to be healthy, especially when making choices about an exercise routine or diet. There are endless amount of benefits to being healthy; one feels and at the same time looks better, lives and enjoys life longer, and is also able to do a lot more things with comfort. Then why should we not we not strive to be healthy, is a million dollar question.

B – is for breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, as it jump-starts the metabolism in the body. It also provides the body with the energy to go on throughout the day. It could be anything from a simple cereal to maybe the left-overs.

E – is for eating meals on a particular schedule on a regular basis. Avoid taking longer gaps in between meals. Eating healthy mini meals throughout the day will help you control your hunger.

H – stands for your heart which is the most important part of your body and should be always healthy. Try consuming those foods which are low in saturated, as well as trans fats. Also try to include those fruits and vegetables in your diet which are low in sodium.

E – is for eating at those places which offer you small and limited variety. Never put yourself in a position where you are cheating on your diet.

A – stands for attitude. It has been greatly observed that negative attitudes kill the appetite. Hurdles are a part of life, and they will keep coming in your diet as they do in your life. Try overcome these challenges and keep going.

L- stands for low blood sugar which causes sweet cravings. To maintain even blood sugar levels eat diet that is rich in proteins and fibre.

T – stands for tracking your progress in the diet and exercise program. Many gadgets, like the Reebok Fitness Trainer, can prove especially advantageous in managing and judging how effective your fitness routine is. You should religiously follow a diet and exercise routine, and regularly monitor how much you have lost.

H – is for having a partner. It is very important for you to have someone to discuss your daily routine and progress with someone. Your partner should be able to encourage, as well discourage, you at all the appropriate times.

Y- stands for yogurt which is rich in calcium and protein and a girl’s best friend. One should be cautious as some of yogurts are very high in sugar.
