Abs at Home in 3 Easy Steps

Even though some of us might not accept it, we all wish we were in better shape. By shape, I mean the images we are bombarded with all the time on the TV or in the magazines or even the newspapers. Let’s face it, we have all been brainwashed into wanting the perfect body. Alas, when you have to juggle work, home and the kids, there is no time to breathe let alone workout. What I have for you is a fifteen minute workout regime specially crafted for women which will give you the flat stomach you’ve always dreamed of. It’s not even necessary to have a complicated machine like the Weider Pro 2000 Multi Gym either. You can do it while you’re making coffee in the morning or while your clothes are in the dryer. And it really is that easy!

Step one- Lie down on the floor, bend your knees and position your hands behind your neck. Crunch with your chin pointing to the ceiling but lift your back only a small amount off the floor. Do three sets of as many repeats as you are comfortable with.
Step two- Now keep lying down and stretch your legs full length with your arms at the sides. Raise your legs just a few inches off the floor and hold for a second and bring them down slowly. Again three sets to begin with and you can work up to as many as you want.

Step three- For this you will need two bottles of mineral water. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Fold arms and hold the bottles close to your body. Bend to the left from the waist only and extend your right hand to the left. Return to the start position and bring the arm back to the body. Now do the same for the other side.

Wasn’t it as simple as I had promised!!! you will be amazed at the results you will see within a few weeks.
