Bathing Tips for keeping Healthy and Radiant

Bathing is a natural way to beautify ourselves and take care of our skin. Differences in skin type make bathing a little bit choosy and confusing. In order to maintain the body it is very important to adapt a bathing style which matches with your skin type and body metabolism. For example, if you feel tight after shower, then it indicates that your skin is loosing moisture. This may be due to the use of inappropriate bathing products. It is important to know what’s best for your body before it’s too late.

Below are some useful tips regarding harmless bathing which will help you taking care of your skin in a much better way:

• Know your natural skin type. Is it hard, soft, oily or what? Then choose appropriate soap, moisturizer, lotion or other skin care products.
• Be more careful in winters as the skin becomes very dry that time.
• The pH level or acid/alkaline level of the body wash or soaps directly affects your body. Avoid using the products that contain harsh chemicals or in other words that have high pH level. For example pH7 leads to too much skin damage and it can take hours to recover.
• Alkaline soaps and washes have a drying effect on the skin. Therefore avoid using them. The best option is to go for natural oils and beauty soaps as such products are free from synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances and colors.
• If your skin type is dry then try using organic oils like olive oil, sweet almond, and palm kernel and coconut oil. Such oils help in skin rejuvenation without sacrificing its purity.
• Sometimes it is important to avoid using fancy body wash and soaps, like the deluxe Dior J’Ador Shower Gel and just go for those which are yummy-for-your-skin and chemical free.
