Making your own Face Masks with natural Ingredients


Face masks are very useful as they clear your skin by removing unwanted dead and old cells. It makes you feel fresh and gives you a glow from within. There are different kinds of face masks for different types of skin, such as dry, or oily skin etc. Few skin types are highly sensitive. So for such cases face packs made from natural ingredients are very good.

It is always good not to use products that have lots of chemicals added in it. It may result in many other side effects sometimes may even lead to skin diseases and problems. You can easily make face masks at home by using natural ingredients.

Baking soda masks:

Take 3 spoons of baking soda and add to it 2 spoons of yogurt and a spoon of milk. Apply this mixture on to your face and allow it to dry. Then rinse your face with cold water. You will feel really fresh and relaxed, and without having to spend the money on an expensive and chemical product like the Clarins Extra Firming Facial Mask. Indeed, the results gained from these natural solutions are often just as effective, if not more so, than their pharmaceutical counterparts.

Face mask using lemon, honey and vinegar:

This is the easiest and simplest face mask that can be made in your house. Add 2 spoons of vinegar and add to it 1 tea spoon of honey and lemon. Mix it and apply on to your face. Wash it off after a few minutes. This acts as a good moisturiser.

Honey and lemon can be used for making face masks for oily skins. Honey helps maintain the ph value and lemon acts as a natural moisturiser. Rose water should be used at regular intervals to make your face look fresh.

Honey –egg face mask:

Take a bowl and add some egg white, 2 table spoon of honey and a pinch of yeast powder to it. Apply on your face and leave it on for 20 min. Then, wash it off using cold water. This helps in reducing pimples and makes your face glow.

So, it is always better to use home made face masks to eliminate the risk of unwanted side effects.
