Elegant and dramatic, while understated, this combination makes for a dazzling evening look. Smokey eyes are a trick every girl should have up her sleeve. They key to the look is radiant skin, so keep your complexion fresh with a thorough skin care routine. If you’re still feeling a bit pale and blotchy from winter, it’s easy enough to fake a tan to give you a head start. Add a bit of mascara and a bit of blush – keep eyelids bare and lips neutral – and you’re set!
