In short order, we find that we are slaves to our personal planners, to-do lists, and calendars. Home education, deschooling or homeschooling as it is known in the United States, is becoming more popular with many parents. In the United Kingdom, it is perfectly legal in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. And contrary to popular belief, you, as a parent, do not require any formal qualifications in order to take full charge of your children’s education. Foods that won’t make you bloat

When we eat the stomach releases gas which sometimes make us feel bloated or too full. Foods that have a high salt of fat content can make you feel bloated but so can certain foods like broccoli. It all just depends on how the body can process and digest the food and the harder it is to digest the more bloated you will end up feeling.
