Microwaves are a beloved staple in any kitchen. These devices are the cornerstone to any instant meal, or heating up leftovers. But what, if any, main drawbacks do the standard microwaves have today? The technology has already arguably reached a plateau where it is hard to imagine any improvement in cooking speed (after all, microwaves are probably the fastest cooking appliance in the kitchen).
